- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆What a disappointing experience. Let me first say that my wife and I have been Alexander's customers for a very long time. We have purchased and had lot's of jewelry repaired there. However, this is not the same company it use to be. We had purchased a ring at another jewelry store and my wife wanted to have the bands soldered together. When she dropped off the ring the jeweler was unbelievably rude and pointed out all of the things wrong with her ring. He also stated that he would never be able to repair, clean or size her ring. After hearing of their rude behavior I went with her to pick up the ring and must say they were the biggest bunch of jerks! If you want to be insulted about your purchase or want really bad customer service, then this is the company for you!
